How long will it take to complete my project?
Our average basement project requires thirty days to complete. Permits, complexity, and size will have an impact on the completion date.
Does a basement require permits?
In most cases, basement finishing does require a permit. We handle all aspects of permit work including: sketches, completion of permit application and scheduling inspections.
Do I need to have a secondary means of egress?
In most cases you do, however, this varies by township. We have found many townships do not require a secondary means of egress as long as the basement is not being used as a bedroom. (Local codes continuously change; we will check into this for you after a site evaluation)
What hours would I expect the workers to be at my house?
Generally our hours are from 7:30 Am to 4:00 Pm Monday through Friday.
Do we need to be present during construction?
No, we do not require you to be home during the production of your basement. If specific client information or insights are required, you will be contacted by our project manager.
What are your terms and methods of payment?
Weekly installments stretched out over the course of the project.
Do you remove trash from the project site?
Yes. We remove our trash / debris with each phase of production (usually everyday) so the trash never builds up. We do not use dumpsters or other unsightly containers on your property.
